I felt bad for Savannah after her doctor appointment yesterday so we went to BK for lunch. Can you believe I bought a coke icee just for her!? She loved it of course. I tried to get her to take her medicine by promising to blow bubbles for her, but she didn't go for it. Jer doesn't think she can reason yet, but I disagree. I think she's just stubborn! I can't imagine where she gets that from.I spend a fair amount of time on the computer and Annie doesn't really like it. However, she is happy if I give her a pen and paper to play with. We have two yellow notepads filled with her scribbles. Last night she was coloring away and chanting "a, a
, a" so I thought she was fine. Wrong! I turned around to find her coloring away on the futon. Of course I took the pen away and told her that was naughty, but inside I was laughing. It's a good thing we don't really like the futon.

SIck kids are the worst! It's bad when they are really sick and then it gets worse as they start to feel better but aren't good yet! THe whining increases ten fold, if you can imagine that! So sorry she isn't feeling good. I hope the antibiotics kick in soon. Give her a hug from her favorite :)
I'm so proud of you for buying an entire icee just for her! I guess I'm a terrible mother because Luke knows exactly what is in store when we pull up to the 7-11! I'm sorry that she is still not feeling great. It is so hard right now when they can't explain how they feel. I can't wait for that time. I'm sure once it is here I'll think "why did I ever want you to talk".
Luke was at work with me last week and found a blue highlighter in my desk. I obviously wasn't paying much attention because he colored all over the walls! Thank heavens it wasn't a sharpie!!

At least your whiner is not a 9 year old - the whining is louder and more obnoxious. I cannot imagine where Kaylee gets that from....
